Chad was wonderful. He answered all my questions. I look forward to calling this my home. Chad is extremely friendly. I recommend him to anyone. Thanks Chad for making me feel welcomed. It’s been two months since the move. Chad continues to be a huge help. When I enter the office I always get a welcome How are you Judy? Chad is always ready to help if I need it. I love Abors of Anderson. It was one of the best decisions to make my home. Thank you

I witnesses my friend pull three feet of hair from the shower drain on her second day in the place. She found a pair of underwear behind the washer/dryer from a previous tenant. We removed chunks of dust from the sliding glass door tracks. Chunks of dust in all the vents. Dust and cobwebs in the corners. Grease and crumbs in all of the kitchen drawers and cabinets. They claimed the apartment received a “white glove inspection” and we laughed for days over that. She couldn’t opt out of the $130 Spectrum package (even if she didn’t want Internet). She couldn’t opt out of the $20/month “valet trash service.” It’s criminal. Not luxury. Not by a long shot. Pushy management à la used car salesmen. Inept maintenance staff. Signs out front read “voted #1” and my question is…by whom? If you’re looking for luxury apartments, keep looking. This is not it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This apartment complex looks nice on the outside, but that is where it ends. The management is LAZY and you HAVE to stay on top of them to get things done, otherwise it will never happen. The maintenance is sub-par and they have the audacity to make fun of other apartment complexes in the area for how they do maintenance. And if you are 1 second past 11:59 on the first, it's an automatic $150 fee for late rent, despite explaining to them you get paid on the 2nd. I would highly discourage anyone from considering this place to call home. It is an honest shock they are considered a good place to live.
